Recent return experience
Recent return experience
Returns & RefundsI've been a loyal customer at this store for years and always been happy with my purchases. However, my recent return experience has really made me rethink my loyalty. I asked for a return label for 2 items, but it's like they vanished because I can't track them. On top of that, I haven't received any credit for the returned items. I've sent countless emails to customer service, but all I get back are automated replies promising to help, but then I hear nothing. I can't even cancel the part of the order that never came, which just adds to my frustration. Not being able to call a phone number and the unhelpful virtual assistant on the website is just making everything seem impossible to fix.
Bad quality clothes, no refunds
Bad quality clothes, no refunds
Returns & RefundsI bought some clothes, eh, but man, they were such poor quality! And then when I tried to take 'em back 'cause they didn't fit right, all they'd give me was store credit. What a total rip off, eh!
Size 10 capri purchase
Size 10 capri purchase
Returns & RefundsI just bought a pair of capris in size 10 online and I was so disappointed with what I got. They sent me a size 4 capri with a weird dolphin hem instead of what I ordered. And the whole ordering situation was a mess. I can't believe they don't give refunds back to credit cards or provide paid return labels. It's just not right. I want a refund for this mistake and I'm never gonna buy from them again!
Two tops, same style, different colors, one too small
Two tops, same style, different colors, one too small
Returns & RefundsI get where you're coming from, eh? I hear ya on the complaints about the lack of flexibility and customer service at this store, for sure. So, I went and bought two tops, eh? They were the same style, just different colours. But, wouldn't you know it, one of 'em was too small. I reached out to customer service and they told me I could return it, eh? But get this, I had to pay for the postage and all I'd get back was store credit, no refund, eh? Man, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed and frustrated by the whole thing. Especially 'cause I've been a loyal customer for so long and was expecting better treatment, you know?
Skinny jeans, online order
Skinny jeans, online order
Returns & RefundsI just ordered skinny jeans online from this place and it was a huge mistake. The quality was so disappointing - they didn't fit well, the fabric felt cheap, and the measurements on the website were way off. When I tried to return them for a refund, customer service took forever to respond. And when they finally did, they wouldn't give me my money back, just store credit. Can you believe that? It's totally unfair! I'm never buying from them again.
Limited sizes, no refunds, gift cards
Limited sizes, no refunds, gift cards
Returns & RefundsI had a not-so-great experience with my recent purchase at that store. I wanted to exchange an item but was told they don't do refunds, only in-store credit with a gift card. Really annoying, especially since they didn't have much variety in sizes and products for exchange. I was bummed out by the poor customer service and how inflexible they were with returns.
Work and play clothes
Work and play clothes
Returns & RefundsI used to love going to the store to buy clothes for work and play, but my recent online shopping experience was not great. The stuff I bought was low quality, and when I wanted to return it, they only gave me a Gift Card. Also, they tried to get me to sign up for a fake "subscription" for free shipping, but it actually cost $9.99 every month. It felt like I got totally ripped off.

Returns & RefundsAs someone who shops at this store, I was really let down to find out they've decided not to give refunds anymore. Now, all sales are final, which they don't really make clear when you're placing your order. It's kind of annoying to have to commit to buying something without being able to try it on first, especially with clothes. This rule seems old-fashioned and not very customer-friendly, since it doesn't leave any wiggle room for mistakes. I'd definitely recommend being careful and knowing about this new policy before you buy anything.
3 items ordered, 2 arrived, 3rd cancelled
3 items ordered, 2 arrived, 3rd cancelled
Returns & RefundsI ordered some clothes online and it was a total disaster, eh? Like, one of the items got cancelled and they said I'd receive a store credit, but I really wanted my money back. I sent them a bunch of emails, but nobody ever got back to me. It's not cool at all, you know?
