CommunicationI just had a terrible experience with an online clothing purchase. The website was user-friendly, but after I paid, things went downhill. I didn't get a confirmation email and couldn't reach customer service. It's so annoying to spend money and not get what you ordered. I tried contacting them many times but no luck. It's really disappointing how unprofessional they were. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them to anyone.
