I just bought something online from this company, and it was a total nightmare. I placed my order, got charged, but never got any of the stuff I bought. When I talked to their customer service, they weren't helpful at all and wouldn't give me my money back. It wasn't until I said it was fraud that they finally replied. This company is a scam, so be careful before you buy anything. Don't deal with the stress, shop somewhere else.

Dressbarn really needs to step up their game when it comes to customer service and fulfilling orders. I placed an order way back in November, and up until now, I still haven't received what I bought. I've tried to contact them in different ways like sending messages, emails, and even calling them, but unfortunately, no one is getting back to me. It's so annoying to see that some of the things I bought are not even up on their website anymore, which makes me wonder if they were even available in the first place. To make matters worse, all I want is my money back, not just store credit, but it seems like that's too much to ask for. This whole thing has been a real letdown.
