I emailed support and messaged on Facebook, then crickets for a few days. They first sent a canned reply that made me sigh, but after I pushed a bit a real person sorted out a duplicate hold and confirmed shipment. Kinda messy communication, but in the end the order was fixed and delivered. Glad it worked out, I’ll probably order again.
