Incorrect item received
I ordered the Hugger 30L backpack, but got the wrong one. Customer service contacted me and sent the correct backpack for free. I'm really happy with the new item!
Online purchase of bags
The online shopping was a real pain because I didn't get any shipping updates after I bought the products. I had to contact customer service, but their responses were slow and not very helpful. They just kept pointing fingers at the warehouse for the delay without giving any solutions. To top it all off, it took a whole 2 weeks for the products to arrive, and the order still said it wasn't fulfilled. Even though the bags were okay, the whole experience was pretty disappointing.
