Returns & RefundsOh my goodness, I can't believe how awful my experience was with this company! I purchased a pricey bag and it ended up with cracked vinyl after just a few months. I tried reaching out multiple times to file a warranty claim, but they ignored me for two whole months! Finally, on my fourth try, they replied and denied my claim, blaming me for the damage. What a weak excuse! Their customer service was a complete mess, and I definitely won't be making any future purchases from them. So let down.
