So I recently bought this new Strom rollerbag and it broke on me. I decided to submit a warranty claim back in August since it was still pretty new. But guess what? I haven't heard back from them at all! I sent some follow-up messages and all I got was an email confirming they received it, but no actual response. I tried again and still no luck! It's like they don't give a hoot about their customers now. They used to be so great at customer service, what went wrong? It's super frustrating not being able to reach anyone and having no way to get in touch with them. It's just so weird!

I bought the Ramverk Pro backpack two months ago after doing a lot of research online for a new backpack. At first, I was really happy with it because it had enough space for all my camera gear with the big insert, and it looked really nice. But after just 2 months, the thread on the laptop pouch zipper came off from the lining inside. I want to mention that I didn't handle it roughly or pull it abnormally. As a full-time photographer, not being able to carry my laptop around because of this issue has been really frustrating. I've been trying to reach out to the customer service team for a week now, hoping to sort this out quickly. I hope someone from the company will get back to me soon and help me fix this.

I got this backpack as a gift back in December, eh, and it's already starting to rip at the handle even though I've only used it to carry around my lightweight MacBook Air. The quality of the backpack really let me down and didn't meet my expectations at all, ya know? Plus, the customer service has been really bad since I haven't heard back from them about my email question. It's frustrating that they don't have direct email support and make you submit tickets instead, making it hard to deal with any problems right away.
