ServiceI had a problem with the zipper on my laptop case in my backpack, so I reached out to the customer service team at DB. They were so helpful and quick to respond, sending me a video tutorial on how to fix it and a link to get a replacement bag under warranty. I was really impressed with how fast they helped me out. The next day, I got my new bag delivered right to my door. I'm really happy with the service I got and would definitely recommend DB to anyone else.

ServiceSo I got this really awesome 30L backpack, eh? It's perfect for all my stuff. But then the buckles started looking all scratched and gross, like come on. I reached out to customer service and they were like "sorry, can't help you" which really disappointed me. I thought this backpack was supposed to be top quality, but now I'm not too sure about that, you know?
