TrackingI recently bought something from this website and paid extra for fast shipping. I got an email confirming my order, but didn't get a tracking number so I was kind of worried about when my stuff would show up. I ended up reaching out to their customer service for more info, and I was really happy with how well they helped me out. They told me that my order was sent out on the same day. Plus, I found out that I can keep an eye on my order straight from my account on their website, which is super handy.

TrackingThe online shopping was a real pain because I didn't get any shipping updates after I bought the products. I had to contact customer service, but their responses were slow and not very helpful. They just kept pointing fingers at the warehouse for the delay without giving any solutions. To top it all off, it took a whole 2 weeks for the products to arrive, and the order still said it wasn't fulfilled. Even though the bags were okay, the whole experience was pretty disappointing.
