I just made a purchase online and it has been a total nightmare dealing with this brand. I placed my order at the start of the month and was told it would arrive in four days. But it's been weeks now and still no sign of it. I've tried reaching out to their customer service through different ways but haven't heard anything back. It looks like they're still accepting orders and money but not actually sending out the products. This is so not cool and really unprofessional for a brand that's supposed to care about its customers.

I'm really upset with how things went down. I've been trying to get my order but no luck - even reached out a bunch of times with no answer. It's really frustrating that there's been no communication or product delivery. I have no other option now but to try and get a refund through my credit card.

Let me tell you, ordering from this place was a nightmare. I ordered a pair of pants online, but they never arrived. When I tried to contact customer service, I got no response at all. It was so frustrating. I ended up disputing the charge and then miraculously my order showed up. But of course, the pants didn't fit. When I asked for a return label, they didn't even bother to send one. They just gave me some unclear instructions and wished me a nice day. What a joke. I suggest you think carefully before ordering from here.
