The couch feels like sitting on a fluffy cloud, and the ottoman is so squishy, eh? When FedEx messed up my delivery, Cozey's customer service totally saved the day, eh? They sorted everything out and even managed to make FedEx better at delivering stuff, eh? It's great when a company really cares about us customers, eh? I am definitely going to buy from them again, for sure, eh?
