Love the Cozey couch and you can design it to fit your space. Love the quality. It is built to last. No complaints there.
The reason only one star is for the 5 year warranty. I am approaching the 5 year mark in Dec 2026. I contacted Cozey to ask to replace 3 cushion covers as they have holes just under the velcro. I was sent an invoice for $85 to pay for them. I was surprised as the covers did not outlast the warranty and I need to pay for new ones. Warranty for what? I was labelling myself as a customer for life and now I am reconsidering. Hmmm.
