TrackingAs a customer who bought a bunch of stuff, I gotta say I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. I put in my order on a specific day, expecting it to show up in 4-5 days, but it never came. The tracking info they gave me was useless, just made me all confused and annoyed. When I tried to reach out to customer service for help, it was a pain talking to this person named 'Jabuile' who didn't really seem to know English well and didn't really help me at all. The lack of responsibility and bad support from the customer service team just left me feeling so frustrated and unhappy with my whole shopping experience.
