I recently bought a couple of pairs of pants from your store, really hoping for some good quality stuff. But man, on the first day wearing them, one of the pairs started falling apart at the seam. I decided to reach out to your customer service team to explain what was going on, offering to fix the pants myself. Still, I was hoping for at least a little money back for the pants being faulty. I was kind of bummed out when I found out that your company only does returns and not partial refunds. It's not cool - not only is it a hassle for the customer, but it's not so good for the environment either. Especially for items that can be easily fixed. Companies need to step up and take responsibility for the stuff they're putting out there and make sure it's good quality and sustainable.

Today I went back to the store because I bought some leggings and later found them for way cheaper like WHAT! The employee Jessica was so helpful and nice, she fixed everything for me. She's amazing. Shout out to the guy who helped me too, also super cool. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely go back. Thanks to Jessica and her buddy!

I made an online purchase not long ago, but I wasn't happy with what I got. I went through the return steps and sent the item back to get my money back. It's been almost a month since they got the product, but I still haven't seen my refund. The wait for the money is so annoying, especially when their customer service team isn't giving any updates. My whole experience with this company has been below average, so I'd suggest that others think twice before buying from them.

The ordering process was easy peasy and I got my item quickly. But when I got it, I was bummed to see that it wasn't as good as I hoped in terms of quality and fit. So, I decided to send it back and that's when things got annoying. I had to bug customer service a bunch of times to ask about my refund and every time they weren't much help. The lack of communication and problem-solving from the customer service peeps was a big letdown.

I totally splurged on these two pairs of leggings and I was so stoked to finally get them in the mail! The shipping was surprisingly fast, which was amazing. But then, when I put them on, they turned out to be way too short. I was so disappointed because they were actually super cute! I tried shooting them an email to see about sending them back, but for some reason it keeps getting rejected. Totally not cool!
