I just ordered something online, and let me tell you, the pickup at the store was a bit of a disaster. I checked the store hours on the website, but when I showed up twice to get my order, the place was closed. The second time was the worst - I came way before they were supposed to close, but the employee wouldn't give me my stuff even though I already paid for it. It was pretty annoying and now I'm feeling let down by the whole thing.

I recently ordered something with express shipping, thinking I'd get it in 2-5 business days. But after two days of getting my order confirmation, I still hadn't heard anything about it being shipped. I reached out to their chat support to ask what was going on, and found out that the item was actually out of stock. They told me they hadn't even been told about my order, which was pretty frustrating and disappointing.

So, I ordered some shoes online, but they totally sent me the wrong size, eh? I just want the right size, or at least close to it, you know what I mean? But when I tried to reach out to them, the phone number was a dud, and the chat just ditched me. Now they're telling me the size I actually need isn't even in stock. Like, come on, seriously? Not cool.

I recently bought something online and unfortunately, I didn't get one of the items in my order. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but I had a pretty bad time dealing with the person I talked to. I think their name was Jabulile. They weren't helpful at all and even questioned if I was telling the truth. It was hard to communicate because their English wasn't great. Even when I tried contacting a different email, I kept getting replies from the same person, which just made me more frustrated. It's not cool to get such bad customer service, especially from a big global brand like this. I hope they can do better in the future and make sure all customers have a good shopping experience.

I just placed an order for clothes online from this company, eh. But, bad luck - they sent it to the wrong address, don't you know. I tried to fix it and get them to send it again, but they just offered me a refund. And get this - when I asked if they had more of the items in stock, they said they were all out, even though they were still on the website! I gotta say, this whole thing has got me really let down and unimpressed with their service, eh.

I ordered some really cool clothes online, but when the package arrived, there was absolutely nothing in it! I received a text saying my order was here, but when I checked, there was no sign of my stuff. I used to enjoy shopping on this website, but now I'm not sure if I'll be shopping here again.
