Online shopping at this store has been a real nightmare, eh. I've been a loyal customer at their physical store but their online service has been nothing but trouble, ya know? Like, three of my recent orders either got stuck at the "Created" stage with no explanation or were just randomly cancelled without even a heads up. And the worst part is the lack of communication - no emails or updates, just total confusion. I even went for next day shipping, but what a waste, eh. The customer service team is no help at all and just plain rude. It's like they don't actually care about fixing things, just going through the motions, y'know? Definitely not shopping online here again, that's for sure.

So, I ordered a t-shirt on November 27th and I was waiting patiently for it to come, eh. Turns out, on December 6th I had to hop on live chat and found out that my order got canceled 'cause they ran out of stock! Can you believe it? They didn't even bother to give us a heads up. Feels like they don't give a hoot about keeping us in the loop or giving good service. And to make matters worse, I had to ask about getting a refund 'cause they didn't even mention that at all. It's insane how they would try to hold onto my money without sending me what I paid for. Ain't no way I'm gonna waste my time and money there again. Might as well find a place that actually cares about their customers, eh.

I ordered some clothes online and was supposed to pick them up in-store within 1-4 business days. But after waiting for 3 weeks with no updates, I decided to reach out to customer support. It turns out that my order hadn't even been processed due to some error, even though they had already charged my money. I was surprised because no one had bothered to let me know about this mistake through an email or anything.
