ServiceI first spotted them on Instagram and tipped my sister — weirdly glad I did. My return got lost in transit (Canadian Post hiccup), but after a few calls customer service actually tracked it down and issued the refund — surprise! They were helpful, patient, checked back with me, and even sent follow-up emails. Delivery had the usual delays but nothing crazy. All in all happy I stuck with it, would recommend to my friends too.
