I wouldn't use them again — they held my €1000+ refund for over two months. I sent the return in mid-February, at first I thought it was a slow process, but then updates stopped and they claimed they never got it right after tracking expired. Had to pull proof from the courier and get a chargeback through my card.

'nice enough' — product works, but the returns and support process ruined it. Their site says 30 days but tiny print says you have to initiate within 14, which confused me and felt misleading. I tried online chat and email, got slow replies and vague answers. They suggest returning in store but I haven't tried that. Bottom line: decent product, poor experience; I won't go back.

So there I was, thinking this return would be quick — package sent, tracking showed it left, and then silence. A couple months went by, and after nudging them I learned it had been stuck at customs until the brand acted. Two weeks ago it finally showed as received (relief — honestly glad it got there), and their reply said there's a system issue blocking the refund and they're working on it. I've had faster refunds from other companies, so this felt odd and frustrating. Still, I'm grateful they're at least investigating and communicating now, even if it's been a long wait and not ideal. Hope it gets sorted soon — fingers crossed, I'll follow up.
