The second delivery actually came more carefully packaged than the first — tissue, a little tag, the whole thing — and when I tried that coat on too, standing in the hallway again, I felt properly satisfied. Not just with the coats (which are lovely), but with the way the company fixed the mess. I’m still a little wary about their warehouse handling — that needs a serious overhaul — but I’m grateful this was resolved and that Andrea didn’t just vanish. So yeah, the delivery experience was shaky, but the clothes and the eventual outcome made me glad I didn’t give up on the order.

So while the dress feels great and gets compliments when I wear it, the hassle around delivery and billing has been a constant nag. If you care about smooth paperwork and peace of mind, keep that in mind. If you just want the dress and don’t mind a headache, well… you decide.
