Charlotte Tilbury - Reviews and experiences

I went to the Charlotte Tilbury store in Southampton and met Liv. She was really friendly and made me and a group of older women feel right at home. Liv patiently walked us through all the different wedding makeup products without pressuring us to buy anything. I was thrilled with the final look and ended up buying more makeup than I had originally planned. I was able to apply the makeup on my own and it lasted all day. I am very pleased with my purchase!

I just ordered something online and ran into some problems getting it. When I called customer service, I spoke with a person named Izzy. Izzy was so helpful and really went out of their way to make sure everything got sorted out. They gave me more details about my order and helped me figure out what to do. I really valued how much Izzy cared and paid attention to every little thing. Thanks for the great help!

I had a bit of a rough time with this customer service lady named Milli, she wasn't much help with fixing my problem. But I gave it another shot and got in touch with a different rep named Aleena, and she was able to sort everything out real quick. It was my first time dealing with customer service and I was kinda let down at the start, but Aleena totally turned it around for me and got me back on board with the brand. On a happier note, I'm absolutely loving this lip liner I bought - it's seriously the best one I've ever tried.

I had such a good time at the store. The people working there were so friendly and knew their stuff, especially when it came to helping me pick out the perfect lipstick and eyeshadow. The customer service provider, I think her name was Hanni, was so patient and solved a problem I had with one of the products. I was really grateful for her help and would totally suggest this store to others.

I was so close to not wanting to contact this store again after a really bad time with their customer service reps last week. They were so close to being rude and made me feel like I was just bothering them. But then, Janath completely changed my mind. She was so helpful, kind, and very professional. She made me feel like my business was appreciated and she really restored my trust in this store. I can't thank her enough for her amazing service.

So, I totally messed up (oops, my bad) but this super friendly salesperson named Esra totally saved the day! They were really laid back and broke everything down for me. It definitely made me feel less awkward about my blunder. All in all, the customer service was amazing!

Over Easter break, I brought my 12-year-old daughter to get her first make-over as a treat for doing so well in school. I asked for a very natural and age-appropriate look, and the makeup artist in Chelmsford, Essex, named Eloise, did an amazing job. She was absolutely great with kids and created a gorgeous look that truly impressed me. Not only did she nail the makeup, but she also made my daughter feel comfortable and important. Huge thanks to Eloise for making it such a special experience!
