I recently had a problem with my express delivery order that didn't go through the right courier service. But when I contacted customer service, a rep named Rachel helped me right away. She gave me fast and effective help, making sure my order was resent with express delivery. I was really impressed by Rachel's hard work and how she fixed my problem. Overall, I had a good experience.

I recently bought something online and it got here late because the delivery service totally dropped the ball. Charlotte Tilbury did their part and sent it out quickly, but the courier, Evri, messed up and it didn't arrive on time like I needed. I told them it was important to get it by a certain time, but they missed it, which was super annoying. And they didn't even offer any sort of compensation, just made empty promises about doing better next time. It's frustrating to see the same problems happening, especially since I mentioned similar issues in a review I wrote two years ago.
