CommunicationThe brand's promotion of a product that caught my attention turned into a disappointment when I found out it was out of stock and not going to be restocked. I was wondering why it was still being featured on the website if it's not available. Customer Service did explain the situation and offered an alternative, but it was a shimmer product when I needed a matte one for my skin. It seems like this brand focuses more on younger people who prefer shiny, glittery makeup, which isn't what I'm looking for. Unfortunately, I don't think this brand is the right fit for me. There are plenty of other companies out there that are ready to take my money, and I don't want to deal with the hassle. Who's to say we don't all secretly wish to be 21 again?
