She really went above and beyond in helping me pick out some matching clothes for my grandsons, and then she assisted me in finding a great outfit for my granddaughter. Jessica showed off her smarts by asking all the right questions to understand what I was looking for, and she took on the role of my personal shopper to make sure I got just what I needed. She even stuck it out while my daughters hopped on FaceTime to give their opinions on the selections, really showing her commitment to making sure I was happy. I was seriously impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude.
