I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering online. It's been four weeks and my delivery still hasn't arrived. From what I've seen online, the quality of the items doesn't sound great. I tried to cancel my order right after placing it, but they said it depended on if it had been dispatched. I'm really frustrated with how unclear everything is and the poor customer service.

I just bought some stuff from an online baby clothes store. Turns out, they forgot to send me one of the things I ordered. I got in touch with customer service and they said they'd send me a new one. But then, I got an email the next day saying they actually didn't have it in stock. Bummer. They did give me a 20% off coupon for my next order, though.

I ordered a couple pairs of shoes online not too long ago. It's been a whopping six weeks and still no sign of my order. I shelled out quite a bit for those kicks and I've been trying to get in touch with the company to see what's up, but no luck - no response at all.
