I needed these gloves for a weekend ski trip — had bad gloves before, so I was picky. Tracking emailed saying "delivered" but there was nothing at my door, not even a note. I reached out three times and heard nothing back, which was annoying and made me think the worst. Eventually they did show up, no idea how, and the gloves are actually warm and solid. Service needs work, but product ok for real.

I ordered a snowboard jacket after a buddy suggested the site. Saw it on their page and was excited. Weeks later the tracking is stuck on "warehouse scan" and nothing moves. I tried cancelling but the option isn't available, and customer support hasn't helped much. It's frustrating — I just want my money back or the jacket. Little disappointed, felt ignored and a bit anxious. Maybe it's a glitch, maybe poor logistics — either way I'll be careful next time.

So, I tried ordering things from this place but everything is getting all messed up. UPS is having a hard time trying to figure out where to send my things because the address is all jumbled. And now my things got sent back to them. I'm still waiting to get my money back, not cool.
