Late but fixed

I ordered three pairs of shorts mid-September and at first only one showed up, which was annoying. I took photos, emailed and waited a few days, assumed they'd ghost me, but after about a week I finally got a reply and the other two were shipped. Slow for sure, but at least they fixed it. First impression was frustration, then relief — glad it ended up sorted even if it took time.

Long-time customer, mixed feelings

I hesitated before ordering this time — had them on my list for years, but their support made me think twice. I split an order into two parcels at the same post office and got a full refund for one parcel. The second parcel came without an item and customer service shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. I started using the stuff; the gear itself is decent, fits and performs, though it's not flawless. Overall frustrated, but not ready to quit.

Nice clothes, terrible delivery

I actually like the stuff I ordered — fits well and I’ve been wearing it for quick errands and the odd work-from-home day. Problem is the shipping. I paid extra for next-day and the parcel took forever. They used a courier I've had hit-or-miss luck with before, and this time it was miss. I waited, called, waited some more, and got a voucher in the end. That voucher for a "next day" attempt feels a bit like a joke though. I’m glad the clothes themselves are solid, that’s the bright spot — I’ll probably shop again because the items work for my day-to-day, but I’m wary now. Service needs to improve. If you need something right away, don’t count on the paid fast option. Frustrating, but at least the product was worth it.

Roll neck jumpers, next day delivery

Oh man, what a disaster. I decided to order a couple of roll neck jumpers, paid extra for next day delivery, thinking I'd have them in no time. Turns out, it was a nightmare. Eight long days went by, no package in sight. After many complaints, I was promised a refund for the delivery charge - but it never came. Fast forward to 15 days later, still no jumpers, no refund, and no response from customer service. And can you believe they said I should contact a 'specialist team' for a refund or reorder? What a joke. This company's unprofessionalism and incompetence is unbelievable. I even showed them evidence from the sorting depot saying my package was probably lost, but they didn't care. Disgusting.
