So, like I bought this thing from a store, and when I tried to return it, oh my gosh, it was a complete mess! The customer service folks, Barbara and the other one, were so unhelpful and clueless. It took them more than 3 months just to figure out my return status, can you believe it? And then they started with all these silly games or whatever, it was just weird and frustrating. Luckily, I decided to email the CEO, Attillio Briccola, and he fixed everything up real quick.

I had a pretty rough experience with a big brand recently when I tried to return a broken piece of luggage. I sent it back with FedEx and expected to get a refund, but they never got back to me. I sent a bunch of emails asking about my refund but heard nothing. It was really frustrating. And when they did finally respond, the message was rude and unhelpful. It's really disappointing to see a brand I used to like treating their customers so poorly.

Bric's messed up my order big time and now I'm dealing with the headache of trying to return it and get my money back. It's been over a month and their customer service is seriously the worst. They don't give a darn about the mistake they made. Definitely steer clear of this company if you can!
