Breville - Reviews and experiences

I recently reached out to Breville for help with my espresso machine, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the help I got. Cindy, the person I talked to, gave me some really helpful advice that fixed the problems I was having with my machine. Because of her tips, my espresso machine is working great now and I can enjoy my lattes again. I'm so thankful for the awesome support I got from Breville, especially from Cindy.

Oh my goodness, the person who helped me was incredibly kind and helped me update my information. They even took the time to answer all of my questions. It was absolutely amazing!

The customer service team got back to me right away and they were so helpful when I needed assistance with my new Barista Touch - Impress. Breville really cares about their customers and making sure we're happy with their products. I was really impressed with the support I got, it made me feel like my business was appreciated. And let me tell you, the Barista Touch - Impress is amazing! I'm loving the delicious espresso it makes.

The rep was really great and knew exactly what to do when I was having trouble using new coffee beans in my machine. Their advice totally fixed the issue and now my machine is working like a charm again. It's crazy how just a little change can make such a big impact on the performance of a product.

My coffee maker blew up and I got injured! I explained everything to Breville and sent them pictures, but they closed the case because I threw away the main part. So if you're thinking of getting one of these risky machines, watch out because they don't seem to care if it causes harm!

I bought this big toaster a couple of years back for when we go on vacation. We've only used it a handful of times, and now it's causing issues with our electricity. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they informed me that it's no longer under warranty and pretty much just shrugged it off. I'm really frustrated, considering I have a bunch of their products, but I'll be switching to another brand going forward. The customer service was awful, and the lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and difficult to communicate with.

OMG, eh? My microwave from Breville broke after only 2 years, darn it! I was so bummed because I really dig all my other Breville stuff. But then, guess what, eh?! I didn't know that my machine was still covered by warranty even though it's more than 2 years old, but Victor let me know right away and even sent me a shipping label to send the machine in for repairs. I'm really pleased with the service I got.

I recently had to contact customer support because my Oracle machine was acting up. The person I spoke to, Michelle, was so helpful and really on the ball. She got back to me right away, asked some questions about what was going on, and set up for my machine to be fixed. And not only did she help with getting it repaired, but she also shared some great advice on how to avoid running into the same problem again down the line.

The customer service rep I talked to, Victor Bailey, was absolutely awesome! He sorted out my problem super fast and was really professional and nice about it. If only all customer service peeps were as fantastic as Victor.

So my kettle base broke after 16 months, eh? It was so annoying because the temperature settings disappeared. Like, why bother with a fancy kettle if it can't even heat the water to the right temp, right? Anyway, I went ahead and left a review on their site, and they totally surprised me by sending me a new base even though my warranty was up. Now I know better to use gentle products on it, so fingers crossed it lasts longer this time, eh?

I had to get my grinder fixed recently, and I have to say, the tech I worked with was top-notch. Victor Bailey really knew his stuff and was great at explaining everything. He could figure out what was wrong with my grinder just from hearing it on the phone - impressive, right? He walked me through the repair process step by step, giving me tips and advice that were way more useful than anything I could find online or in the manual. Even though my problem wasn't fixed entirely, I felt like they really tried to find solutions that would work.

I'm really disappointed that my machine broke down even though it's still under warranty. Having to wait for weeks to get it fixed and shipped back is so frustrating, especially since I use it every day. I expected better quality and service considering how much I paid for it.

I had some trouble with my machine so I gave customer service a call for some help. After a facetime to figure out the problem, it turns out my machine needed some fixing. Since the warranty was up, I had to pay for shipping and repairs, which I wasn't too thrilled about, so I left a negative review. But then the company reached out with an email offering to check out the machine and replace it if needed, at no extra cost to me. I shipped it out, got it back in 2 weeks, and now it's working great with some noticeable improvements. Even though there was no warranty, I'm grateful to Breville for taking care of the problem.
