Returns & RefundsI bought a Barista machine for my son and daughter-in-law not too long ago, but then the coffee grinder started acting up. After trying to fix it ourselves, we decided to contact customer service for help. But let me tell you, our experience with the company has been really disappointing. They told us to send the machine back to be fixed or replaced, but then they said it couldn't be done because they thought we messed with it. When we got the machine back, it was all banged up, and even though we sent them pictures, they refused to admit fault. Can you believe that?

Returns & RefundsI just bought this dicing kit for my kitchen gadget, but I had some big problems making it work. The manual didn't really explain what else I needed to make it fit, so I ended up getting the wrong one. And when I went to return it, they said accessories can't be refunded. The customer service was awful, the person I talked to was rude and didn't help at all. It sucks that a great product is ruined by such bad service.
