CommunicationI just bought this espresso machine that comes with a grinder and it turns out that the grinder doesn't work at all. It's kind of frustrating because the whole machine is basically useless without it. I reached out to customer support by submitting a case but all I got was an automated email saying they would get back to me in 2 business days. Well, it's been a week now and still no response. When I tried calling their customer service line, I was put on hold and then told to schedule a callback. But from what I've read in other reviews, getting an actual callback is a rarity.
