App & PortalAfter having a hard time with Breville's online help portal trying to fix my slow pouring carafe, I finally decided to leave a public comment about it. Luckily, Michelle from the support team got back to me the next day. She was quick to reply to my emails and really put in the effort to figure things out. Since the replacement carafe was going to take 4-6 weeks to be in stock, she went above and beyond to get me a whole replacement machine instead. Thanks to Michelle's amazing help, I can now have my coffee hassle-free.
