OverallI ordered some awesome stuff online and it arrived really fast and in perfect condition. The folks who work there are super friendly and make you feel right at home. It's a little pricey, but that's expected since it's all official merchandise and that kind of stuff always costs a pretty penny. Sometimes the website can be a bit wonky when they release new cool items, though.

OverallThis online ordering experience has been so frustrating, I can't even believe it. The amount of issues I had trying to place and track my order was insane. First, I got two of the same orders and never got a confirmation email for one. Then, trying to sign in to check my order status was a nightmare because the website just kept saying no to my password. And to top it all off, there was a wrong phone number on my order so reaching customer service was a pain. I was on hold for over 25 minutes and sent two emails, but still no response. It's just not right and so annoying.

OverallI was kind of shocked when I saw a bunch of bad reviews for this shop, but my own experience has actually been pretty good. I've been coming here for a while now and most of the stuff I've bought has been great. I did have one problem with a phone case that didn't fit my iPhone, but they sorted it out super fast. Everything I've ordered has arrived on time and in good shape. Overall, I've got no complaints about this store so far.

OverallBoxLunch is seriously the best! I gotta tell you, I was super impressed by my shopping experience there. I recently picked up an enamel pin and let me tell you, they have such a cool selection and the prices are unbeatable. The online discounts they have are so great and their rewards program is a sweet perk. I saved a ton of money on my purchase and getting free shipping to the store was just the cherry on top. And the customer service was amazing, the staff were so helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal possible. I would totally recommend BoxLunch to anyone into pop culture stuff. It's easily one of my favorite stores to shop at now.
