Board game in-store pick-up

I just wanted to share my recent experience with an online order I made for a board game at this store for pick-up in-store. I was really looking forward to getting the game, but it ended up being a bit of a letdown. The website kept saying my order was "processing" for a whole month, which was frustrating and made me feel unsure about what was going on. Then, I got an email saying that the item was sold out and my order was getting cancelled.

But get this, when I checked my voicemails from a week before, turns out the order actually arrived at the store just a few days after I placed it! The thing is, nobody let me know it was there for pick-up. Feeling pretty disappointed about the lack of communication and how they handled everything.

I recently placed an order for a bunch of stuff from this store. I only meant to get one thing, but ended up getting more to qualify for free shipping. I got a message after four days saying the main item I wanted was out of stock. I quickly tried to cancel the order, but they said it was already being shipped and couldn't be canceled. It was super annoying since I wasn't told about the item being out of stock sooner.
