Bought a T-shirt for my brother's birthday 🎂
I grabbed this dope T-shirt for my bro's birthday and it was seriously amazing. The selection was so cool and the prices were super cheap, like basically a steal! I'll definitely be back to shop here and I'll for sure tell all my buddies to check it out too. It's like a hidden gem of awesome clothes 😎
Online shopping nightmare
I put in an order almost two weeks back and it still hasn't shown up. I even shelled out extra for Express Shipping, but my package seems to have disappeared into thin air. The customer service reps at this company have not been much help at all, just telling me to "wait it out." Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, someone named Stacey actually took action and gave me back some of the shipping cost. It's a step in the right direction, but it doesn't make up for the lack of service and communication overall. Boohoo may have cool clothes, but their shipping system is a mess. If you're in the US, expect delays no matter what shipping method you go for. Thanks, but no thanks, I won't be shopping here again.
My new clothes
So, y'know, I ordered some new clothes and I was, like, super excited to get them. But then I was, like, kinda worried 'cause I didn't know where my package was. So I sent an email to customer service and they got back to me, like, super fast! Courtney was, like, really nice and told me where my order was. It made me feel, like, so much better, especially with everything going on right now. Thanks, Courtney!
