Returns & RefundsI had a really bad experience with my order from this company. I ordered it in August and was supposed to get it in September, but it never came. When I reached out to customer service for help, they just kept giving me excuses and told me to keep waiting. The way they handled it was so frustrating and not cool at all. It's not right for a customer to have to jump through hoops just to get a refund for something that never showed up.

Returns & RefundsI just bought some men's cotton underwear from this store, but they ended up shrinking after I washed them in hot water. I reached out to their customer service and sent a picture of the problem. I was really happy when they gave me a refund within 12 hours of me getting in touch, even though it was a Saturday. Their return policy is the best I've ever seen, and I'll for sure be shopping with them again.
