DeliverySo I just made this big order online, eh. It got split into two shipments, so the delivery took a bit longer. But, you know, with everything going on with COVID-19, I think the wait time was fair. It took like 2 and a half weeks for both shipments to come in, but hey, when they finally did, everything was bang on with what I ordered. The only hiccup was I had to send back a bunch of stuff 'cause I goofed up on the sizes for some shorts, eh. But, no worries, the return process was easy peasy. Some of the clothing was a tad sheer, but still totally wearable.

DeliveryI put in an order almost two weeks back and it still hasn't shown up. I even shelled out extra for Express Shipping, but my package seems to have disappeared into thin air. The customer service reps at this company have not been much help at all, just telling me to "wait it out." Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, someone named Stacey actually took action and gave me back some of the shipping cost. It's a step in the right direction, but it doesn't make up for the lack of service and communication overall. Boohoo may have cool clothes, but their shipping system is a mess. If you're in the US, expect delays no matter what shipping method you go for. Thanks, but no thanks, I won't be shopping here again.
