I just ordered some clothes online and can you believe it, my personal info got leaked on the dark web! This happened back in January 2021 and it's totally not cool. They clearly don't care about keeping their customers' info safe and private. So disappointed and frustrated with this company. It's ridiculous how they care more about money than protecting our personal information. I'd definitely warn others to think twice before buying from them.

It's a relief to finally know what size to order without having to deal with the hassle of returning stuff that doesn't fit. However, I did run into some issues with their coupon system. It can be a bit wonky and doesn't always work right. The customer service experience has taken a hit ever since they got sucked up by a big-box retailer, which is a bummer. It feels like they've lost that personal touch and attention to detail in the process. On the bright side, their shipping speed is actually pretty impressive. I've gotten my orders quickly, which is a nice surprise compared to other online stores. And let's not forget about the Big & Tall section - they've got a decent selection of clothes there, which is a nice change from the limited options I usually see. Overall, I'd say give this place a shot, but maybe not with overwhelming enthusiasm.
