Recent clothing purchase

Delivery

I just wanted to share my recent experience as a new customer, and honestly, I'm feeling pretty let down. I ordered some clothes on December 13th, expecting to get them in time for Christmas because the delivery time was supposed to be 6 - 7 days. It's now December 20th, and my order hasn't even left the warehouse yet. Talk about frustrating! On top of that, the customer service phone line is only open from 1pm to 4pm EST, Monday to Friday, which just made things even worse. They do have a live chat option with longer hours, but sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not, so it's hard to get help right away. This lack of consistent communication has really changed my opinion of this company. I thought they were reputable based on what I had read, but now I'm starting to think it was all just paid advertising and not a true reflection of their customer service.

About Bonobos

Bonobos is an American apparel company that primarily focuses on men's clothing. Founded in 2007 by Stanford Business School students Andy Dunn and Brian Spaly, the company started with the aim of solving fit problems associated with men's pants. Recognized for its innovative approach to menswear, Bonobos extended its product line to include a broad range of clothing items, such as suits, shirts, and outerwear. The brand differentiates itself through a strong emphasis on fit, customer service, and a unique e-commerce-driven business model that includes guide shops where customers can try on clothing before placing an online order. In 2017, Walmart acquired Bonobos for $310 million, aiming to expand its fashion and online offerings.
