BOBBI BROWN COSMETICS - Reviews and experiences

I got some lipstick and eyeshadow from this online place, and man, it was such a terrible experience! First of all, they took forever to ship my stuff, like I swear I could have walked to the store faster than they sent it out. Then, when I finally got my package, some of the items I ordered were missing! Like, how do you forget to pack stuff? So I had to contact their customer service, and they didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted as a replacement, just decided for me! Um, hello, I have preferences too, you know? So not cool. I definitely won't be buying from them again and will look for other brands instead.

I recently ordered some makeup online, and man, did it take forever to get to me. When I tried to cancel my order, customer service was useless and didn't even bother replying to me. And on top of that, they didn't keep me in the loop about what was going on with my package when it got stuck in transit. To add insult to injury, when they finally got back to me, they said the free Christmas cracker gift they promised was out of stock. So frustrating! This whole ordeal has definitely made me think twice about ordering from them again.

When I eventually got my hands on it, not only was the freebie missing, but it wasn't even mentioned on the invoice. Tried sorting things out with customer service, but all I got was a bunch of unhelpful excuses. It's super frustrating to be treated like this, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. The lack of responsibility and terrible communication really make for a garbage customer service experience.
