ProductI bought a sweater at this store not too long ago and I was really let down by how it turned out. After only a couple of months, I noticed cotton threads coming loose from the sleeves, showing that it wasn't well-made and used low-quality materials. I tried contacting customer service for help, but I never heard back from them, which made me feel ignored and annoyed. This whole experience wasn't great and I would advise against shopping at that store.
