I ordered two jackets online expecting them to arrive before Christmas, but it's been over a month now and they still haven't shown up. I've sent several messages, but I haven't gotten any clear answers or an idea of when they will be delivered. It's really frustrating and unfair to be kept in the dark about my order after being told it would arrive before Christmas.

I ordered a hoodie from this company for a Christmas gift, eh. But, I ran into a big issue with the delivery, ya know. The package got sent back to the company because they don't do deliveries to P.O. boxes, eh. This detail wasn't clear when I placed my order. It's been 6 weeks now since it got returned, and the company still hasn't sorted it out. As a customer who paid with Paypal, I'm in a tough spot and really need the company to step up and help me out, ya know?

I just bought a t-shirt and a sweatshirt from the store, but when my order came, the sweatshirt was missing. I tried contacting customer service through emails and calls, but I haven't heard back. It's not cool that they're not getting back to me. I'm in Quebec so it's tricky to find a solution. Now I have to go to the store in person, but I don't think it'll go well. This whole thing is a big let down.
