CommunicationI put in an order on May 14th and I haven't heard a peep since then. I've sent two emails but still no response. I've been a regular customer of this brand for some time now, but the lack of communication and slow processing of my order has really let me down. I was hoping for better customer service from them, and this whole situation has left me feeling pretty disappointed.
