ServiceI got these new headphones from the store and I was super pumped to test them out! But then they started acting up, and when I asked for help, the customer service was brutal. They didn't want to assist me and even accused me of stealing the headphones. I was really let down by their lack of help and disrespect towards customers.

DeliveryI bought a pair of headphones and was really excited about getting them quickly in the UK. But I was let down when my package didn't show up when it was supposed to. I tried contacting UPS and customer service several times, but got no help or updates on where my delivery was. I needed my order to arrive on time because I'll be away for a while. Not getting any response to my emails and the poor service has me feeling really disappointed with how things turned out.
