Bang & Olufsen - Reviews and experiences

The Beolite portable speaker is amazing for sound! I have trouble hearing all the details in music because of my hearing impairment, but this speaker lets me hear everything. It's even better than my expensive sound systems in other rooms. I love it so much that I'm thinking about getting more speakers for my chill spot at the top of my house.

I bought two sets of BEOPLAY EQ earphones, and man, they weren't cheap. But to be honest, I've been having a bunch of issues with them. First off, the battery life is way shorter than they said it would be, and that really sucks. And then there's the problem of connecting them to different devices, which can be a real headache. I tried to get one of the devices fixed or swapped out, but the whole process took forever and wasn't very helpful. Despite all that, I've decided to hang on to the earphones for now. But I'm starting to think about other options for my next audio purchase since maybe the B&O brand isn't the best fit for me. The sound quality is decent, but there might be better options out there for the price.

I got these new headphones from the store and I was super pumped to test them out! But then they started acting up, and when I asked for help, the customer service was brutal. They didn't want to assist me and even accused me of stealing the headphones. I was really let down by their lack of help and disrespect towards customers.

I tried contacting UPS and customer service several times, but got no help or updates on where my delivery was. I needed my order to arrive on time because I'll be away for a while. Not getting any response to my emails and the poor service has me feeling really disappointed with how things turned out.

I went to Bang & Olufsen the other day to swap out my Beoplay EQ for the Beoplay EX. Their stuff is top-notch when it comes to quality and sound, but what really blew me away was how amazing their customer service was. The team there was so helpful and really knew their stuff, making sure I had a smooth exchange. I've never seen such professionalism in the audio game before. Big thanks to the Bang & Olufsen crew for taking such good care of me.
