App & Portalneat design, feels solid enough. Then the fun began. Delivery was a mess; missed windows, reschedules that didn’t match what I was told — small rant, but not the main thing. Setting it up was where I nearly gave up. Bluetooth wouldn’t stream straight away, the app couldn’t see the speaker half the time, and the software update stalled on that never-moving progress wheel. You know that empty feeling when something that’s supposed to be simple turns into a chore? That was me.

App & PortalI just got a Beosound Shape and I'm pretty happy with it. The design is awesome and the setup was quick and easy. But gotta say, the B&O App they give you is not great. It doesn't work with Amazon Music or Spotify, and you can't even use a Network Share, which is a letdown.
