you pay a premium and don't get the build or reliability you'd expect for that price. Customer care were pleasant enough on the phone and in emails, but polite sentences didn't fix anything. They even told me, in so many words, that fully repairable earphones are technically possible but would be prohibitively expensive to manufacture at scale. Translation: they accept a design that isn't service-friendly. That line felt like shrugging. Other brands I've used (Sony, Sennheiser, and a few smaller makers) managed longer lifespans or easier fixes, so it's not like wireless tech is universally doomed. If you're after flawless sound or a long-term investment, I'd look elsewhere. If you value design aesthetic and don't mind maybe replacing them, fine — but expect the risk. For me it wasn't worth the price. Buying from companies that show they can repair or have better QC seems smarter. Still, on the rare days they worked they sounded pleasant enough, so it's not total trash—just unreliable for how much I paid. If you're curious, try them in store first or buy from a retailer with a solid return policy — that would have saved me hassle.
