I ordered some jackets for skiing
I ordered some jackets for skiing
Returns & RefundsI ordered four jackets for skiing, eh, but they never showed up. I've been trying to get my money back for 4 weeks now, and I've talked to five different people from the company, eh. They keep saying they can't help me, so now I have to dispute it with my credit card, eh. Don't order from them, it's not worth it, eh. Terrible customer service, for sure.
Bought a helmet
Bought a helmet
Returns & RefundsOne time I needed a helmet for my skateboard, eh, and I found the best one from this site. It was a bit too small, so I had to return it. But you know returning stuff can be a hassle, eh? Not this time! The people who work at this shop are really nice, they answered my messages super fast. And guess what, my new helmet arrived super quick too, eh! I love this store and I'll definitely keep buying stuff from here.
Shoes
Shoes
Returns & RefundsI bought a pair of shoes from Backcountry, but I never ended up wearing them. I tried to return the unused shoes with the tags still on following the return policy, but the customer service team made it really hard for me. They kept coming up with excuses to reject my return. It was a terrible experience all around.
Jacket purchase
Jacket purchase
Returns & RefundsHey there, I've been a loyal customer of this outdoor gear company for a while now. It's really disappointing to see the decline in how they treat customers and how smoothly things are running. I used to be really impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable staff who were always quick to help with any questions or issues. But lately, when I tried to return a jacket, it was just a huge headache. The process took forever, and I had to try multiple times just to get the credit I deserved. The wait times for customer service calls and chats were way too long, with all kinds of excuses for the delays. It's pretty clear that something big has changed in how the company is being run, maybe new owners or management. So, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your outdoor gear needs until they get their act together.
