OverallI've been a customer at this store for so many years now, but I gotta say I'm super bummed about how things have been lately. The products and services have gone downhill big time. The prices have shot up, and the website is packed with low-quality stuff from their own brand. And don't get me started on how slow the shipping has become, and the customer service is pretty much non-existent. It's really sad to see a business that used to be so good turn into this. I'd suggest checking out other places for outdoor gear to avoid the frustration and disappointment that I've been through.
