Oh wow, I picked something up and then they told me they were all out! But you know what? They handed me a 50% off code to use on other items that they did have. Don't bother wasting your time and money with this online store. I've had so many problems with my orders, like getting totally wrong stuff. And to make matters worse, I had to fork over a ton of cash for customs fees, something I never had to deal with when shopping at other European stores. The customer service is nothing to write home about, and their apologies are just not genuine. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of shopping here.

It's like having a whole mall in my pocket, eh! I can always find whatever I'm looking for, and there's tons of brands to check out. I love how simple it is to shop through all the awesome items and grab anything that catches my attention. Plus, I can do it all from the couch in my own house, which is amazing, eh!

So I requested to speak to a manager, but they were useless too. ASOS didn't even bother to mention that my annual delivery subscription had expired and tried to charge me for next day delivery! Both of them were really rude and kept blaming me. It was honestly the worst customer service experience ever, like, seriously.
