ASOS - Reviews and experiences

So, I got this cute crop top and high-waisted jeans from an online store. But man, the Customer Service there was terrible. I spoke to this lady named Emma and she totally ignored my order issue. So I requested to speak to a manager, but they were useless too. ASOS didn't even bother to mention that my annual delivery subscription had expired and tried to charge me for next day delivery! Both of them were really rude and kept blaming me. It was honestly the worst customer service experience ever, like, seriously.

I placed an order for next day delivery not too long ago, but it ended up being a week late. I was pretty bummed about the delay, especially since I needed my purchase right away. But I gotta say, the customer service I got through the chat was top-notch. The rep was super helpful and really understood the situation, and quickly got a replacement sent out for me.

Even though I tried right away to cancel my order, I was told I couldn't do it and there was no way to get a refund. The lack of help and flexibility with customer service really bugged me and I was super disappointed with how everything turned out.
