I placed an order for next day delivery not too long ago, but it ended up being a week late. I was pretty bummed about the delay, especially since I needed my purchase right away. But I gotta say, the customer service I got through the chat was top-notch. The rep was super helpful and really understood the situation, and quickly got a replacement sent out for me.

I had a really annoying experience with my order on ASOS recently. I accidentally used an old address that was already saved in, and when I tried to fix it, I had a hard time. Even though I tried right away to cancel my order, I was told I couldn't do it and there was no way to get a refund. The lack of help and flexibility with customer service really bugged me and I was super disappointed with how everything turned out.
