Aroma Retail - Reviews and experiences

I just bought a professional scent machine from Aroma Retail and I had a great experience. The customer service reps, Brittany and Marie, were really helpful and knew a lot about the product. I ordered it on Wednesday and got confirmation that it would arrive in two days. I'm going to connect it to my HVAC system like they showed in the video, and I'll let you know how it works. I went to Aroma Retail not really sure what scent I was after, I couldn't quite remember where I had smelled it before. The folks working there were so helpful, letting me try out different scents at the bar. I found a few that had similar notes to what I wanted, but I just couldn't pinpoint the exact one. Then this amazing red-haired lady, who reminded me of a young Catherine O'Hara, stepped in and easily figured out the scent I was looking for. She suggested Crystals shops, and let me tell you, she hit the nail on the head! Now my house smells amazing, all thanks to her expert advice.

I absolutely adore the scents and products they offer, but you know what really impressed me? The customer service at this place was top-notch. It felt like they already knew what I was going to ask before I even said anything. Their online ordering was crazy fast, almost like they have a direct connection to Amazon's delivery system. And every time I reached out for assistance, the information I got was amazing, like I was speaking directly to the owner of the company. It's not easy to find such outstanding service nowadays, but Aroma Retail has definitely secured my loyalty as a customer.

A couple of times they were stumped, but they ended up sending me a new unit in just a week. I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking to make their home smell fantastic.
