DeliveryI just bought a blotter pack from this place again and, like last time, they didn't include the samples that were promised. I chose this pack because I really wanted to try a specific scent, but once again, it wasn't there. It's so frustrating that they can't get such a simple thing right. It's not that complicated! I'm really disappointed and I think I won't be ordering from this place again.

DeliveryI just bought some fragrance oil from this company and my package didn't arrive because of Canada Post problems. But, I gotta say, Aroma Retail customer service was top-notch. I called them right away, explained the situation, and they sent out a replacement package with Courier right away, no extra charge. It's hard to find this level of customer satisfaction these days, so I really appreciate their quick response.
